I am trying to give a refund to a buyer. They did not notice my ship date and want their money back. I don't see anywhere on my dashboard where I can refund their payment. How do I do that? It was easy wiht Paypal but not the money was deposited to my checking account. Thanks.

Go to manage all orders in sellers hub. Click on the drop down arrow next to the buyer's order and then on cancel. Use the reason 'buyer requested.' When you cancel the buyer should be automatically refunded.

Thanks so much for your help. Everything seems much more difficult since they did away with PayPal.

But now you know how you'll find it much easier, no need to go to a different website since you can do it in a couple of clicks right on eBay.
And FYI - PayPal no longer refunds ANY of their fees when you refund a payment (full or partial).
