How can i refund a buyer a partial refund after she opened a return request and i acepted the request, now she changed her mind and she wants a partial refund but now ebay dose not give me that option  of a partial refund. so what do i do?

well atm, ebay is changing the way resolves happen, should still be able to access the resolve center when buyer opens a case, from there you can communicate with the buyer and should be able to offer partial refund. Another way is go to the Orders page, find the transaction, then on the left side drop down menu for that transaction click "Send Refund" from there you do a partial refund. But I would contact ebay first as sounds like you have already been communicating with the buyer, just to make sure that they document that they agreed to the partial refund before you send it.

If you give a partial refund while the return is open & are in managed payments & the buyer doesn't close the return you'll possibly be stuck waiting 21 days for the rest of the payment to get released back to you once the return automatically closes. I'd tell her you can't do a partial due to a return already being open/ approved & that she'd needs to close the return in order for you to issue her a partial refund.

many have fallen for this trick and were asked why they closed the case

the buyer told me to close the case so I did.............................wheres my refund now
