same time the buyer opened the case and wants to refund the money .

refund Help!

As the seller you are Required to get the package to the buyer safely. Your "No Refunds" is trumped by ebay's Money-Back Guarantee. You should some time to review it.

refund Help!

As noted in the other post, the buyer is entitled to a full refund if they don't receive their item.  Here's eBay's buyer protection policy, which they call the "Money back guarantee" (MBG):

https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/ebay-money-back-guarantee-policy/ebay-money-back-guarantee-policy...

If you shipped your package via USPS Priority Mail, it automatically has $50 of insurance coverage. You can file a claim online.

You would need to file a claim and or trace with your Hermes service in Germany, and you did that.

Ebay will refund the buyers money as per the money back guarantee because they didn't receive it..

The buyer may still receive the late package. Then you would have another issue of getting your money back from them. Ebay will protect the buyer but not the seller.
