I'm a new seller. Can anyone tell me where and how to insert my credit card information so that I can receive payment ebay?  Thanks.

You may not receive payments to your credit card. You receive payments to your bank account.

You need to use a verifiable checking account (routing and account #) to receive payouts. Credit cards are only used to pay selling fees. 
You will also need to submit your social security number for income tax purposes.

Credit cards are used to PAY for items. They are not used to receive money.
