How was the tracking set up?

Did you have same tracking on both items or just one item?

Does one item not have tracking?

Look in items sold and there should be tracking for each of both items...not just one.

Just thoughts on what might be the problem.

re-imbursements for returns

As  12345jamesstamps   eluded to there is not enough information to work with. In addition to what was already mentioned did the buyer open individual return requests for each item or just one?  Were these the two items or were they something else?

Were the 2 items purchased separately? If so, the buyer may have to initiate two returns.( I have scoured the policy pages for this and could only find the following.)

When there are multiple items to be returned, see the instructions for the buyer in the policy below. (Scroll to the heading “Open A Return Request”. The info you may need is under the subtitle “How to Return Multiple Items.”)

Combined purchases from the same seller – You can return each item individually. For example, you bought three different books from the seller's store and paid for them together at checkout. You need to open a separate request for each book, because they came from different listings”.
