just got this message when I was searching to purchase a simple item. A new redirect homepage? I clicked on it because I was curious and everything locked up.

I hope you got it straightened out by now. My suggestion if you still have the problem is to call ebay and ask about it. I have never come across such a message. It doesn't sound to me like an ebay thing but I may be wrong.

I read something about Ebay grouped views. I didn't think it started already.

IIrC, they show you three listings for whatever it is you are looking for.

BUT I think you can click to see all items after that.

Thank you for the update. Guess it started today. The second time I tried the search - "group selection" auto launched first so guess that's the majority of what JQP buyer will be seeing. Appears as though they'll have to select "Best Match", Low to high price etc if they want to view otherwise....

Grouped listings (see photo attached) offered 305 listings - not just 3??

It's been an option for several months now and it's horrible.

I add things to my titles (Disc/Artwork Only) that don't show up in the group view. It only shows the catalog standard title, even if you click on my listing. I've had more than one person cancel right after ordering because they didn't realize the CD/DVD came without a case. They have all said they bought through the group view 😞

Thanks for the information - I hadn't seen it before. Also, it looks like "guaranteed 3 day delivery" would be offered for all 305 selected in group? (see photo) Bet that's also causing a big problem.
