...No it doesn't.  And I have no idea what to remove to end the trigger.   I can't send the message to my prospective buyer.

You should be able to request contact information.  That should give you both each other's phone numbers and possibly PayPal email addresses.  With that info, you can call or send a direct email with all the pertinent information.
