Hello!
A year ago, on May 8, I received a notification that I would be restricted to the US and Canada sales corridor due to a high INR rate .
It was also informed that this restriction will be removed automatically once the rating improves.
I asked support how I can improve my rating if I am not allowed to sell in this corridor.
I received a reply that the rating will be reviewed automatically and the restriction will be removed after a year when the defects automatically disappear.
It's been more than a year now, but unfortunately there are no results.
Who has faced the same problem, can you please help how can I remove this restriction?
With best regards

In this case, can I expect that if I sell my products in the USA, I will have a positive rating and this restriction will be lifted?
Thank
You have your shipping settings to exclude Russia and Ukraine (or eBay has set it because of the war). Since you are in Ukraine, you can not see your own listings. Log out and go to one of your listings, click on the "see details" next to the shipping info and change the country to US or Canada. You should then be able to see any shipping restrictions.

Given the goals of the BBE, it is hard to believe that while the war continues to rage, any seller based in the Ukraine will be deemed to have improved enough.
I have not seen any seller who was banned from selling because of BBE post on this forum that they have regained their ability to sell.
