Seller Hub > Payments tab > "Uh-Oh we ran in to a problem ... "

 

Running in to problems seems to be the norm lately ...

I wonder WHAT problem Managed Payments could be running in to?

Not unusual............I just refresh the page and it shows up properly.

Yes been seeing that happen over the last few days more then usual, maybe they were doing eBay updates? 

 

Seems to be ok now but every once in awhile it takes a couple of refreshes

@dhbookds  It may have something to do with them starting to process $$ from Pending to Available ... I'm on Weekly Payouts and starting late Friday money freezes until sometime Monday when it starts to move again ... this particular "Uh-oh" would not clear.  When I hit Refresh a couple of times I just got the SWOD (Spinning Wheel of Doom).  Just now logged in after a couple of hours, issue is gone and money has started to move.

I think this is it. Almost every few days there is something that changes in the Payments tab, sometimes it's a simple layout rearrangement and sometimes it's the addition of new information (I notice I'm now seeing expected processing completion dates on transactions in processing status).

 

When these changes are made it takes a long time to fully roll out across the entire system and that will cause glitches such as you see.
