"Time Away" with ebay´s new International Shipping Program not working

I am having trouble with the new International Shipping Program. I scheduled time away, but all International Orders, that are in this Program still say "ready to ship".

Does anyone else have this issue and maybe has a solution for it?

Ebay is working on it, but they are also working on the issue that the new International Shipping Program does not work on our account for items more than 300$ and they are working on it for 2 months and nothing ever changed, so I dont have a lot of faith in their technical support team...

The time away message says you are away until April 21.......I think you said somewhere you had 3 day handling......so why wouldn't ship by 4/24 be right? 

Note....I see that message when I switch to a UK shipping location......

The message shown when editing time-away:

Delivery dates may not update for select items on Time Away
Whether you choose to allow sales or pause them, you may want to change the shipping format or the handling times on the following items while on time away: Second Chance Offers, Auto-accepted offers, Pending counter-offers, Seller initiated offers, items with local pickup, in-store pickup or Global Shipping Program, and digital items.

This always struck me as bizarre. I am not sure exactly what it means or why it would be that way.

Regardless of whether I'm away or not GSP items always show ready to ship. Never a ship by date.
