"Some of the fields in this listing are not editable at this time"

I become a Top Rated seller today and I wanted to update all my listings to match the top-rated plus requirements with Returns and handling times. I managed to edit all my listings except for two. These two have an error and all boxes are grayed out with an error message ("Some of the fields in this listing are not editable at this time") on top. 

One of them is a new listing that hasn't been up for many days (https://www.ebay.com/itm/173833822701) and the other is one of my more popular items (https://www.ebay.com/itm/173679542186).

I cannot update the Shipping and Return policies on both these listings but all my other listings could be edited. The revision page gave me no other reason. I don't know what I should do now regarding those issues.

Oh, so quick update, 

After I tried changing the UPC option to see if that would fix things, it finally showed me the error message that I could not revise the listing because I had pending offers. My offers expire today so I should be able to revise them when it expires, hopefully.
