"Send Offers" button on android phone app no linger works- sends you to promote listings instead

    Has anyone else noticed that when you click on the "send offers" dropdown button in the ebay app under "selling", it no longer shows the listings that are available to send offers to? Instead it links to the "promote items" page instead.

    Doubtful this is by design so an update must have screwed it up again..... so we can no longer access the offers page on our phones---- actually that is realistically the only thing i used my phone for on ebay.  it is convenient to send offers when i have a few extra minutes.

Yes I have same problem for a couple of days, glitch maybe?

Still a major issue. App is not working. Still won't sort offers. How can I scroll through 5000 listings to find the 194 offers that eBay says I can make???
