"Seller help is changing"

Just opened eBay help on my iPhone and saw this.  Anyone else?

Seem to be a useful enhancement.

Re: "Seller help is changing"

I saw it yesterday. Looks like they removed the seller help hub and integrated function into the regular help page.

The message indicates they'll float suggestions based on your recent transactions. So I presume if you get a neg FB, it should suggest a way to deal with that.

Edit to add: For those unfamiliar, there's a Seller Help link on the top right of Seller Hub.

https://www.ebay.com/sellerhelp

That page is now redirecting to the regular help pages.

https://www.ebay.com/help/home

The "seller help hub" we used to have is gone and the functionality is now integrated through the regular help pages.

Re: "Seller help is changing"

The message has been appearing for about a week. Nothing has changed on my help page other than seeing the message.

Re: "Seller help is changing"

I saw that a few weeks ago when I went in to have negative feedback removed.
When I needed the feedback removal tool it was right there for me.

Re: "Seller help is changing"

The other day I was joking about eBay integrating AI to automate CS/returns/etc.

Sadly in this case, it's only a joke until it actually happens.

Thank you so much, I wouldn't be able to find this otherwise.

Hi @theparkwaterprincess . You can find that page at any time by clicking Help & Contact at the top or bottom of most eBay pages.

Re: "Seller help is changing"

Never saw it.

Guess it depends on feedbacks not positive or late shipments which I haven't gotten in years.

@le_371495 Once an item is paid for, the seller cannot change the shipping address. You will have to submit an order cancellation request so you can repurchase with your correct shipping address. If it's too late for the seller to cancel (or if the seller refuses to cancel) then you may want to work with the current resident of the address entered at checkout so you can retrieve the package from them, or contact the local PO and ask them to hold the package for pickup. Submit a Cancellation Request

You can visit this page to make sure your registration and shipping addresses are both up to date. Once you enter your new address, change it to your default address which will allow you to delete the old address. Account Settings: Addresses

If you moved you can file a change of address and mail forwarding request with USPS which will take a minimum of 3 biz days, or up to 2 weeks to go into effect. https://www.usps.com/manage/forward.htm
