"Multiple" Edits / Listings (anything) Not Working

Spinning wheel of death each/every time I'm attempting to edit  more than 1 item, regardless of whether the item has already been listed or if/when I'm listing new items via the multiple items listing tool.  I contacted eBay support and they didn't acknowledge a 'known' issue, etc but that's nothing new.  What's going on??  Major issue for me a as a seller, right now.

This is due to an annual increase in system activity experienced during this period, which has caused processing delays.

@bigpoppa_sd-sports-cards   i have not experienced any site problems. maybe try a different browser, clear history, data, etc etc etc

It is thursday & they do a lot of updates on Thursdays, however, I just tried it & it worked perfectly fine.  I only chose 200, not everything, but doesn't seem to be a sitewide problem.  Perhaps try a different browser or logout & back in.

I've tried clearing browsing data / cache, etc.  Regardless of the edit (promoted %, item details)... pop-up opens and wheel just spins and spins.  I have to manually refresh the page t be able to access anything on the page again, but it doesn't solve the issue. I'm going to try again right now.

Oh, also- yes, tried Safari (as opposed to Chrome) and also a different desktop.  No dice.  

Occurred abruptly.  Hoping all good now...  we shall see.

I just tried it again with more, to double check & working fine here.  I changed Handling Time.

Active Listings for example.  I click on a couple of them, click 'edit selected', then click on those 2 items in the 'Revise Listings' page once it opens.  Any/all attributes that I click on just gets the wheel spinning and blank pop-up where I typically could edit that attribute/category.

Handling time isn't an attribute in the 'Bulk Edit' dropdown.

Yes it is.   It's under the Delivery section, 3rd item.   I use it constantly!   

Under Revise Listings, when you click the Bulk Edit button, there's like 3 pages of attributes you can change.  Maybe you've never scrolled down?

All still working fine for me.  Also, after re-reading @bigpoppa_sd-sports-cards  post yesterday where he said he didn't see Handling Time, I was super confused, so I realized maybe he was manually updating by using the specific fields that come up on the right.  I  NEVER do that, but I just tried it in case that was the problem & that's working for me too.   I also have Handling Time on that part of the screen, although those columns are customizable, so maybe I added it at one time.  

Since it's a new day, I also tried changing ALL my listings again & it took a few seconds to change Handling Time on 1200 listings.  

My only other thought is how many listings are you doing at once?  Also, what are you changing?

They'll be updating something or other on the backend. Click the "Send feedback" (top right on the "Revise listings" page) and let them know whatever they're working on is causing problems. Be specific in your description of what you're seeing on screen, when you're seeing it, etc

@participatrophy  You're not the first person to suggest them, I just never have & they seem complicated & unnecessary to me.  It's mainly during snowstorms that I have to change HT, so now I won't change it much unless I'm sick or something.  When I change, I change them all, so only takes a few seconds (without getting into the SIO nightmare where I'm locked out for 4 days & they removed the filter so I can't see which ones still need updating), but doing a global edit when a snowstorm is coming in & then another when it's done, takes all of a minute.  Why learn a whole new system when it only takes a minute?  

I guess I shouldn't have said "constantly", it's constantly all winter long.
