"Missing" Item in listings and store...

Hello,

I uploaded a few listings yesterday and all show up as expected in my store and when viewing "See other items," except for one. Shortly after listing I received an email from eBay confirming this one (a Hellboy DVD) was listed, I can follow a link to it and it exists, but it doesn't show up in my store or listings.

At the moment, my item count should be 41. "See other items" shows 40. The "Hellboy" DVD should be under my Video - DVD store category, but it's not there (I double-checked to be sure I selected the store category in the listing).

Is this a glitch that happens occasionally and it will eventually show, or should I cancel the listing and relist?

It can take up to 24 hours for a new listing to index in search.

If you don't see it show up after that you can force a listing to start the re-indexing process by making an edit. You don't even have to change anything just click edit then scroll down to save changes.

Thanks, I'll check again this afternoon and follow your advice to "edit" the listing if it's still not showing up.
