"Manage Active Listings" shows incorrect number of actual active items and includes sold items?

I just realized that when I click on "active listings" from my overview, it is not the same number of items that I have in my store. It has about 300 sold listings included making it very difficult to send items to auction. I have to look each item up and see if it is still active or has sold. Is anyone else having this issue and am I being charged for relists on these items?

Please note that active listings in your seller hub and store can vary due to uploading times. I've noticed that when I list something for sale, nearly instantly it will show up in my active listings, but it takes a while to show up in my store. Also note that if you've put your account on vacation mode or anything recently, it can take several days for all of your listings to appear again.

Customer support is also aware of this issue and is working to fix it from past times I've talked to them. Essentially, the easiest thing to do is to go to active listing under your seller hub, and filter by item title search the item by title.

Kind of a pain, but it's the easiest fix I've found.

Thank you for responding rundaq_llc.  The items that I am working on have been in my store for a very long time and were "good 'til cancelled". What I have been doing is to go to "active listings" from my overview. Then I copy and paste to search for it in my store and sometimes it isn't there. So when I click on it in "active listings" it says that I have sold the item. I have 2957 "active listings" in my Seller Hub overview. But my store actually has 2605 items. Very confusing - ugh. I am concerned that I have been paying listing fees for sold items on a recurring basis. Any thoughts?
