"Made in USA" Filter?

With all the buying filters they offer, why don't we see a "Manufactured in USA" filter? I'm proud to sell products of the USA, and often check to see the origin of items before I buy. Many US manufactured goods are simply of higher quality than the imported knock-offs. Is eBay afraid they would be making some kind of political statement? Heck, even Biden is on the bandwagon now...

"Made in USA" Filter?

I don't think there is such a filter.

What can work though is if you search "made in USA" followed by whatever you are looking for.

Made in USA clothing

Made in USA masks

for example

"Made in USA" Filter?

@wesk_36

I'd like a filter that says all purchases will include complimentary alcohol. Ohhhhh nevermind. Alcohol cannot be listed inside Managed Payments. Disregard that filter. 🙄

"Made in USA" Filter?

They do offer in item specifics.  Atleast they do for the items I sell.  I can fill in the Country of Origin.  Maybe it's not available for some listings, or maybe alotbof sellers don't fill out that box.  Either way, when looking at listings, it is hard to find, and when I do buy on eBay, I try to find a seller located in the US.

"Made in USA" Filter?

Hello,

The User can search by Country/Region of Manufacture.

- The same as filtering by size, or color, etc.

Country of Origin - or Manufacture is one of the Item Specifics that the seller fills in.

- And then it's a "filter box" - on the left margin - that a user can click when searching for items.

- so a user COULD choose to see only items "made in the United States."

The only issue would be if a seller is NOT indicating the country of manufacture - then it won't appear in the results.

But that is the reason for filling in as MANY items specifics as apply - and not to skip any. A seller could be missing out on sales, especially in this example.
