The weirdest thing just happened...
I received an INR case (for a package that was shipped 5 days ago). I calmly and politely uploaded tracking (from the ebay "view order details" page) and told the buyer delays are common, but 5 days is not something I am overly concerned about.
As soon as I finished, I noticed a "Shipping Overdue" notice in big red letters on my orders page. It was for this order. Ebay is telling me I shipped this order late because there was no tracking number uploaded. Funny, because I just copied and pasted the tracking number from the order details page on ebay.
For the last 5 days, I have shipped ALL orders on time and have uploaded tracking for each one. There have been zero outstanding orders in my orders page. Not only did this "shipping overdue" notice pop up out of the blue, but when I responded to the INR case, the ebay system had the package tracking number.
I'm not happy about YET ANOTHER frivolous INR case that has contributed to "Very High" seller metrics despite shipping 100% on time during a pandemic in which my state shut down for months, but now I'm being told I shipped an order 5 days late, which I absolutely did not and would not.
You're killing me, ebay.
