This is my first experience with the "Invalid address. Click 'Change' to revise it" error message when trying to print a label. I see what the Buyer did although I can not display it on the screen shot because its personal info but they put the City and State on the Street line PLUS the Street Address and then have City and State where they belong. This makes the Street line more then the alloted 25 characters not to mention make it incorrect. I'll typae a similar example of the error here:
SAMPLE ADDRESS ONLY:
Mister Customer
321 Somewhere Rd, Bigtown, WY 22233
Bigtown, WY 222333
So while I know what to correct it does not mean the Buyer's PayPal and or eBay mailing address is corrected and I am concerned that tracking may not work if it tries to upload to the Sold file and an Invalid address.
I messaged the Buyer about this and asked if they could update and correct the address on file (and supplied the pic showing the Involid message) and they said they would look in to it and that they never had this problem before ... they are not a high volume Buyer.
With one day handling, if the Buyer does not correct the address at their end I am inclined to cancel the order (within my handling time) due to problems with address and move on from it. My concern is that with the strict shipping metrics I don't want a late defect should the Buyer not correct the address in time to ship.
Has anyone run in to this kind of a situation?

Any change the buyer makes on their address is not going to show on that transaction anyway. You would have to cancel and they would have to pay again. Just delete the wrong information from that one line and ship. You are not changing the city or zip code so there isn't going to be a problem with seller protection.
And yes, I've run into similar situations and made minor corrections on addresses without any problems.

@pjcdn2005 My sincere thanks for the quick reply and information. I'll print & ship but am hoping the Buyer corrects his address anyway ... otherwise, this will most likely happen again ...
