Did you mean:

"If we evaluated you today you would be 'above standard'".

Got this message three months ago, but was at below level so still charged 14%.

Nothing changed. No returns, no late shipping, no canceled orders.

This month get the same message. So how did I still get evaluated the same as last month?

I do not understand. My seller rating was below standard. I sell a load in Nov and Dec then things slow down. received message that if I was evaluated that day I'd be above standard. Next month I was back to 10% fees for selling but I didn't list anything as had gone over to the big river in disgust of Ebay's new rules. So no transactions and get another message am below standard. Now tell me how this happened when this higher fee is not supposed to be judged on the amount of sales but the quality of your selling principles - no late shipping, no canceled transactions etc. I want to sell on Ebay but I am not paying 14% on slaes and shipping. Its already high enough at 10% + paypal fees.

With eBay there's always the simple "they're wrong" reason, but discounting that possibility...  seller performance standards are a percentage, with a rolling "over time" period the percentage is based on.   Since you stopped selling, no new good transactions got added in, while old good transactions were dropping out of the percentage time period, and the bad transaction percentage went up without any new bad transactions.

"If evaluated today" means exactly that.

eBay's evaluation criteria are based on a specific date range, and that date range changes every day . New transaction are added as the occur, and old transactions fall out of the date range as they drop off the back end.

If you had no recent activity, the total number of transactions being evaluated might have falled causing the percentages to grow pas the benchmarks.

"If evaluated today" only matters on the 20th of the month.
