I've got a bracelet that is the style of a known designer (Charriol). I want to be clear that it's not the product of the designer. It is not counterfeit, there are other manufacturers of this style. At the end of my title I put "Charriol-style." Is that allowed?

The thing about "Charriol-style" as I see is that you would be attracting potential buyers to your listing who are actually searching for genuine Charriol items. So, no, I am fairly certain that it's not allowed.

Nope! Lot's of sellers do this but, technically, it's key word spamming and, as such, a violation. You might get away with it but you could rightfully be reported, VeRO'd, and/or taken down by the bots.

If you are unsure of the authenticity don't attempt to list it. You can't list it with "style like" in the title or description.
If it is a replica (soft term for counterfeit) you can't list it on eBay.

You cannot do that. That is against EBAY rules and search engine manipulation.

You can't use any brand names in the listing title or description if it's not made by them.

Thank you guys so much!!! I have removed all references to Charriol in the listing.
The Charriol bracelets have very specific branding that this one doesn't have, and there are other brands making similar styles.

Not only is it not allowed, if it did get through and was sold, you are opening yourself to a INAD return. Many buyers don't read everything and can take it as original OEM.

You can't use the word Charriol unless it's made by Charriol. Whether it's similar to what they do (in their style) is not relevant, it could be considered keyword spamming, but I would guess Charriol is protecting their brand and will have the listing removed (with a policy violation).

Nope. That is Keyword Spamming b/c anyone who is searching on the keyword Charriol is going to get your listing & your item is not from that brand.
