It would be nice if there was an email address that you can send an email to Ebay re: a problem. Their contact system is a waste of time.   You  have to go through a bunch of links, look through various articles which may not apply to your problem.  Customer service is horrible.

When you get to the chat box - type in "call me" and they will.  Click on the button that says "contact us" - you will see the chat box on the right.
