Paid-ship now banner won’t disappear

I had a customer buy a local pickup item and then he asked for a refund a couple days later. I refunded him, but the “paid-ship now” notification won’t go away. 

Help!

It should eventually go away but it may take awhile.

There should be an option to hide the transaction at least there used to be. 

This has been an off & on issue on the APP.

Did you cancel the order or just refund the buyer?

You need to cancel it.

Yes I’m using the app. Hopefully an eBay employee comes along and clears my account.

it won’t let me cancel it because it’s already been refunded in full 😞
