So:
Account settings - Shipping preferences - Exclude shipping locations
I wanted to add Australia and New Zealand that I can ship to now.
So uncheck those two for shipping restrictions and clicked "Apply apply to current listings".
It's been quite a time (two weeks) since then, but it still says that I can't ship to those countries (that they are still on restriction list)?
I went again to check it (in settings) and there they are unchecked.Again pressed "Also apply to current listings",but nothing changes - on all my listings they are checked (restricted).
Is it not working?
Are there any alternatives how to change that,on 100+ listings (except manually going one by one)?

Your item is showing in Australia, but it is showing as Free Shipping, NZ does not have eBay, but they use the Australian platform for buying and selling so all should be good - just check the shipping cost

I understand that those two countries are really important as a seller. Therefore, why don't you relist that item with those two countries again?

I am seeing Free International on all your listings (well maybe not all because you have one that is $3 to New Zealand.
I checked your newest listings and your oldest listings.
