Had a buyer open a return on a item that had not been delivered, when I asked how they could return it when it had not been delivered yet they told me that they had it held at the PO.
I got the item back ok but was wondering what would of happened if they would of just opened a INR as the tracking does not indicate it was being held, it was shipped on 11/10, just posted the last few scans,
It was Priority mail, it went 200 miles in 6 days which is pretty good for USPS anymore.
