My basic store subscription fee comes out the 16th of each month, $21.95. I just got my payout notice this morning and am reconciling the transactions. I have a store subscription fee dated April that is for $10.98. Anyone know why this is? I am not on social media and don't have a Facebook account, so I cannot ask a question there.

There was an announcement recently, that eBay was going to move everyone to the same billing cycle, at the first of the month. So those who were being billed in the middle of the month, got billed for a half month, to get them into sync with the new billing cycle.

It's only for part of the month while they change over.

I vaguely remember reading that but didn't remember the date. Thanks!

thank you for posting. somehow I missed that announcement re the change in billing, and had a surprise $29.99 taken from my bank account this am. I hadn't purchased anything for that amount, so called eBay and was told that all store billing would now be on the lst and $29.99 pays me up for April, with no additional charges. Next payment due will be for $59.99 on May 1 for my store fees and will be due to the lst of every month as a standard. I am posting this message in case anyone else missed the announcement, as I did, so they will understand the new system. Although, credit where credit is due, my call to eBay was answered in 2 minutes or less-impressive quick response, thank you eBay!
