Did you mean:

question about feedback

Hello
What happened to me today is this
A buyer signed like that in feedback
OMG what?
I replied
I don't understand why you signed like that, did you see the photos well before buying? If you didn't like the lot, you could have sent me a message to tell me anyway. I appreciate that you bought it.
I then saw that he had a bid on another lot that I have for sale
and then I had blocked it but the bid remained. Then I realized that he had a bid on another lot
So I sent him a message saying this
Hi
I saw you posted a feedback that said: OMG, what?
I don't understand what you meant by that. Did you not like the item? Or was it a mistake?
Please answer me why you bid on another item of mine
Did I do wrong in sending the message?
Will I have problems for that?
After that he canceled his bid

Re: question about feedback

Don't worry about it - don't regret it. It's not a big deal.

If you ever want help with feedback or sending a message to buyers, you are always welcome to come here and ask other sellers for assistance. Remind everybody you are using a translator so you want help understanding something, or help writing a response. Most sellers here are great with communication assistance and happy to help.

In the end you made a sale and received a positive feedback. It's all good. 🙂

Re: question about feedback

The "OMG what?" comment is harmless and impossible to tell if it was meant as an OMG this is awesome or OMG this is bad or something that was left in error.

Since it was paired with positive feedback rating I wouldn't have given it a second thought. Replying to the feedback, assuming it was something bad, makes it stand out on your feedback page.

I would have left the feedback alone, and I would not have bothered the buyer about it.

It's done at this point so I'd forget about it and move on.

Re: question about feedback

The problem is that I speak Spanish and I don't understand English well and I only use Google Translate and I saw that so I thought the buyer was unhappy.
I saw all his feedback and he has everything right, he just signed it for me so I thought something happened.
Now I regret that.

Re: question about feedback

It was positive and you should have ignored it unless it was related to other gradings as 'shipping speed', accurate description, communication or reasonable shipping cost'...interesting you can see if a buyer gave you a bad mark in any of the 4 listed...last time I looked I could.

I would have replied in feedback..."Thank you"...which I do sometimes.

Re: question about feedback

Thanks for your answers, friends
When I sent a message to the buyer, he cancelled his bid on a lot that he had bid on
He probably got angry, but he didn't respond to my message
It's a shame there are people like that
Zero communication
