problem to respond costumers error

hello Customers send me questions about my items and I get this error message

The question you are trying to answer is either invalid or older than 90 days. You cannot respond to questions older than 90 days. This has happened a long time ago and they have not fixed it

thank you

This can happen if you click on a link in an email from ebay and that click opens a browser window that is not logged in to your selling account.  Try answering the question from the messages screen inside ebay or the app.   if you are already doing that then i have no idea.

I AM HAVING THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM - Doesn't Matter What Browser is Used or What link is Used to Respond - Just another sign of the site's crumbling infrastructure... I have an idea - What ebay should do is get creative in developing surreptitious ways to charge us more to use the site and then spend as little as possible to fix what ISN'T Broke to make it look like they are at work making changes for the better... oh wait..

Do you have more than one account?
I see that message regularly when I get an email about a question, go to eBay to answer it, and notice that I have opened a different account than the one that was getting a question.

The correction is simple.

Go to the top left of the page, sign out and then sign in again with the actual ID getting the question.

If you have only one account try it anyway. Sounds as if your ID is not firmly attaching.
