Hello
today i had a problem i sold a lot of pokemon cards
the buyer sent a message saying that they were all fake that only two were real and I gave him back all the money and told him to keep the cards
I don't know anything about pokemon cards
I saw that many people sell fakes in e bay results, can you sell fake Pokémon cards? saying they are fake?
Tried calling e bay but it only answered an automated message
and it didn't help me at all
no customer service on the phone now?

Very good idea..
If he sells cards, I wouldn't be at all surprised to see your cards listed by him eventually.

I wanted to call e bay customer service but there is no option to call or have them call you by phone
There is only an automatic chat and I did not solve anything

eBay customer support isn't going to do anything to help you. They can't answer this type of thig nor would any answer they give you be reliable.
I believe we have answered all your concerns so I'm not sure what you're still unsure about.
What are you still unsure about?

That message is fine..
Nothing wrong with it, it's pretty standard.

my mother tells me not to put that message they can take advantage like this and invent problems

Hey there - what seems to be the problem that you need to chat with someone? Is it a specific issue on one of these transactions you refer in your OP?

If you do not know a lot about Pokemon cards, is there a reason you were selling Pokemon cards?
Are you selling on your account or your Mom's account?
If you refunded your Buyer and they are keeping the cards, everything should be good now, correct?
Maybe, just not sell any new Pokemon cards from here and that might eliminate any issues with Pokemon cards!

It is my account
I started selling pokemon cards recently
I have not had any problem
this is the first time they say that pokemon cards are fakes
If you want look at the link and in the forum they thought that they are not fakes

Hi @pikabo-icu
Always enjoy reading your posts and advice! Wanted to clarify. There is a rather unknown clause in the Feedback Manipulation policy that states that feedback info should not be included in titles or descriptions. It can be construed as an attempt to artificially influence a buyer’s feedback.
Lots of sellers mention feedback in listings, and getting in trouble for it is not at the top of eBay’s list, but in general, it is probably not a good idea to reference FB in a listing. It’s a grey area for certain.

@fashunu4eeuh Thank you for that.
I didn't comprehend that the OP was putting this in their listing.. My poor reading in the late evening.
I misunderstood and believed it was a note being included when they shipped out the package.
Thanks for the refresher though! This is something I don't often deal with so it can tend to slip past my policy radar. LOL
PS Always enjoy reading your posts and I often learn something.. CHEERS
