problem contact support ebay

hello , i tried to contact ebay support but when i go to contact us and chose any type of problem to contact ebay i didn't found how i can call ebay or how i can open a chat or how i can request a call back, i tried also with some links call back but the same problem i can't do anything to contact ebay  i have my accpount activated without problems i already have some listing and i sell, but i need to contact ebay urgently to get a help

i hope that someone can help me to resolve that or to send me a phone number of ebay

You cannot call EBAY directly...only way is use HELP and request EBAY callback.    Sometimes it is just better to ask your question here...you will probably get a faster answer from an experienced seller.

To request a call back in Germany, start on the German eBay site and use the Help & Contact link there. Follow the "Contact us" link and use the link to the Chat Assistant.

Can you offer better details of what kind of help you need?

Quite a few issues on eBay, for either buyer or seller, can be resolved without actual contact with a person.

This is ridiculous no ebay customer service they charged me $165 by mistake for ebay fees i have been trying to contact since saturday this is ridiculous i need a refund i removed all item and will close my ebay account. I need a refund

Please start a new post with all the details in it. We cannot see the whats and whys of your charges. We are other buyers/sellers not eBay employees.

Several things going on here

First this is an old thread from 10/2023

Second eBay doesn't refund fees unless you are refunding your buyers or cancelling transactions as a buyer request. 
Third you won't be able to just close your account because if you have recent transactions your account will stay open for at least 60 days to ensure all transactions go smoothly.
