I apologise in advance for my rant as this is not personal.
There are already enough problems/ issues that are of concern to both buyers and sellers and potential sellers who have no idea as to how the world of ecommerce works have added and are going to continue to add to these problems.
Customer service , do's and don't in life and acceptance standards vary from region to region and majority of buyers are in the west who have expectations according to their culture and values and when these expectations are not met then there are consequences. Just look at the forum for complaints regarding behaviour and or lack of customer service provided by sellers that are not based in the west.
I do not hold the view that overseas seller should be discouraged to sell on this platform but I do hold the view that these sellers must as a matter of urgency read and more importantly understand what eBay as a platform stands for ,what are their policies, terms and conditions and have at least a working understanding of their buyers culture and values.
Please do not waste your time and mine in asking pointless and at least to me stupid questions.
