ebay no longer goes buy there policy there for buyers only we get ripped off from many buyers every week they say they will remove feedbacks but they dont say were covered under ebay protection but were not say were covered under storms were not says were covered for lost mail were not its all lies they tell you not to close a case and then they defect you and wont remove feedbacks i have no trust in ebay at all good luck

Not only can you NOT just decide not to ship to certain states, but these RESPONSES to the feedback....

Sorry, but change your unenforceable policies/choices ASAP, and remember this when leaving replies to feedback: You are NOT leaving feedback for that customer.  You are leaving it for FUTURE customers.

If I was interested in buying an item and saw these responses, I would RUN, not walk, to the next seller.

If I could put on my fortune teller's hat, I would predict that your time as an ebay seller will be short-lived. 

1. Unless you set your buyer restrictions to not ship to certain states, you cannot refuse a sale to a buyer whose state wasn't blocked.

2. You can't advertise "free shipping" then try to charge the buyers a shipping charge. 

3. Your responses to feedback and namecalling your buyers reflects way worse on you than on the buyers.

Maybe you should mention in your descriptions which states you don't want to ship to.

I hope you are canceling the orders as out of stock and receiving the defects you deserve.

If you're using a problem with buyers address, I hope buyers are reporting it.
