I've had this problem for the last 3 months. When I try to upload a picture, it infinitly loads and freezes my computer.
I found that it only does this with the bulk listing photo tool. So I start my listings by switching to the "Quick Listing Tool", uploading all the pictures, then switching back to Bulk selling.
Problem is that if you want to edit or change a picture, you need to create the listing all over again, because once the listing goes up, you can't switch to quick listing tool.
Wish eBay would fix this 😞
