Hello, I have been selling since 2018 (just like many others) but since about 2 - 3 weeks ebay has been deleting, hiding my listings and restricting me for making new ones (3-days, 7-days and now 10-days) I have talked to other Pokemon go sellers and they haven't experience this (Do a quick search and you'll find plenty of pokemon go stores)  so if anyone can help me understand why am i being targeted while others continue selling without issues would be highly appreciated

You cannot rely on what other sellers are doing when it comes to policy violations. I urge you not to relist removed items. The next punitive act is a 30-day suspension, and then you are permanently restricted.

What is the original reason for eBay penalizing you? Is it something about Pokémon Go?

If you are selling digitally delivered items, that could well be the problem. There are strict rules about it on eBay. Below is a link to the policy.

Not everything is suitable to be sold on eBay. I cannot emphasize enough how close you are to losing your selling privileges, with no chance for appeal. You are on eBay’s radar now and your selling activity will be scrutinized more carefully.

In other words learn the rules. I am wondering with what you have posted, why you are not yet totally removed from selling:

Keep doing what ever it is that eBay has warned you against,  and you will be..

It appears you are selling digitally delivered goods.  That's a no no.  The others on ebay just haven't been caught yet.  I would advise you to refrain from selling DDG.  It's a quick exit and suspension from ever selling on ebay again.

Sure I will help you, as soon as you explain to me why I got a speeding ticket but the going just as fast as me didn't.  Or why OJ got away with a crime but others got convicted.

Are you approved to sell digital items?

Do you own the digital items and have the rights to sell them?

Ebay does not allow you to sell fake items that you cannot ship. Stop relisting, you have already received your final warning, the next one you will be banned for life.
