Ever since EBAY rolled out their revised format, I cannot brighten listing photos anymore. The photos I initially take are perfect, but when uploaded to the EBAY listing, they ALWAYS become darkened and I need to brighten them ONE BY ONE. (Tedious!) Any, I've had to do it that way for years, but now with the new format, when I try to brighten a photo, it errors out and I lose the image. Thanks for updating the site by making it WORSE!!! Lots of complaints in the forum about this same issue. And, by the way, customer service is near useless. Sounds like EBAY is farming that out to a foreign country because I can't understand half of what the agent is saying. Is this what my 18% fees are paying for?

Use photoshop or some photo editing tool.
I don't mind doing a few for you if you send them to me.

Just curious: which image format are you using? I use JPG, and have not noticed any image degradation or darkening after upload.

I am not seeing that at all either and I am super picky about that sort of thing since most of my photos are with a mounted document camera that I adjust the settings on every time I take photos.
Maybe they are using ebay from their phone? Who knows what that does.

They look bright enough. But any cheap photo editor will brighten them for you.
