if you have a item listed but not as best offer and someone makes you a offer and you want to accept it how do you accept and invoice it?

Assuming it's currently listed as BIN, you have to revise it to include OBO. Then, when an offer comes in, eBay asks if you want to accept, decline or counteroffer.
-or-
If it's listed as BIN but a seller has messaged about the item, you can 'make buyer an offer' through your return message.
If the buyer accepts either, eBay will send him a notice... you don't even have to invoice!

Just make sure your buyer is on the up and up . . .
Communicate only through eBay messaging, don't text or email or phone or whatever. Have them pay through eBay, not PayPal. When you receive notice that you've been paid for the item, be sure to actually access your PayPal account to confirm that the payment is there.
And all that jazz . . .

You can either:
- revise it to allow Best Offer
- revise it and change the price to the offer price
- use the "Send Offer" button from the eBay message, if there is one
