The only payment method for sellers is "EBay Payments"

In most categories, credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal are accepted. You'll find the payment methods accepted by going to the Shipping and Payments section of the listing. Checks, money orders, and bank wire transfers aren't allowed for most eBay purchases.

All are good because if their payment does not go thru, they don't get the product.

I am a seller but I am also a buyer and supporter of eBay. I personally like to use PayPal. 1st your credit card has a wall of protection around it and PayPal has a wall of protection around your card also. Double Wall Protection.

eBay provide payment method automatically.  To receive payment you need a Payoneer account and linked to eBay.

     I don't understand your question. Are you talking about what sellers can accept from buyers as forms of payments or about how eBay pays it's sellers? If it is about what forms a buyer can use to pay for their items that is defined by eBay as inhawaii noted. However, depending on the country the buyer lives in not all of those options may be available to them. If you are talking about how eBay pays it's sellers then that is defined under managed payments but may also vary depending on the country the seller is in

For sellers, the only option is Managed Payments.

Since you're in Sri Lanka, you have to register as a business in Sri Lanka and have a Payoneer account.

Anyone that has a positive balance &  will pay for the item a customer is purchasing.  Ebay offers several.   Have a look and see which one will suit you.
