I believe it is buyer's choice of method they choose to make the payment.

eBay accepts payments from buyers by PayPal, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard and American express.

I don't believe sellers can or do determine Payment method.

Your question may refer to what kind of account you as seller need to have to Pay eBay's fees and charges and to Get paid for sales.

For this you will need to meet eBay's seller requirements ( Please read up on this) and to make sure that you meet your Sri Lankan government's requirements as you may or will be classified as an exporter.

You have to register a selling account with eBay, register for managed payments, and provide a Payoneer account to receive the payments. You have to register first, and then wait until your account is activated for managed payments. We don't know how soon that will be, it usually takes about a few weeks.

Some sellers in Sri Lanka have reported that they were required to provide a business Payoneer account, so that may be required by your government. We don't know that for sure yet, please post again and let us know if that is the case for you.

For sellers in Sri Lanka, Managed Payments will be able to deposit your payments into your Payoneer account. Here's more information about managed payments for sellers outside the USA.
