partial refund on shipped item

I missed something on a coin and offered the buyer a discount. How do I refund a discount? Thanks

Just go into the item and look for giving a refund...and refund the buyer.

I do shipping discounts on International Buyers and give a shipping discount and I actually get some money back from eBay when I do that. But I suggest doing a refund in the item.

Go to your sold page find the item and look at the Order Details click the more actions dropdown and on the bottom click send refund. Follow the directions for the type of refund. Good Luck
