My customer wants to cancel his order but he doesn't know how to cancel his order by himself. What should I do? If I cancel my order will it affect my sales account?

Just go to cancel order and mark the reason buyer asked to cancel. You will end up paying a whopping .30 cents in the end. It will have no effect on your account, and all is well in the end.

And the 30 cents is only if the buyer has already paid.
It's not possible for a buyer to cancel a transaction -- it must be done by the seller. If you choose the reason "Buyer requested" as suggested above, then there will be no defect point on your account.
