if a buyer purchases like 12 items is there a way to open a non pmt case without having to list each item.1 at a time

Did you send a combined invoice ?
If you did only need to open 1 UID, if not you would need to do them separately.



In the future you should set up an automatic setting to open a UID in such and such days.
