I sell vintage barbie fashions
I have had one buyer who has bought quite a lot
but, she is VERY picky
she has returned 5 items 'not as described'
she says that she calls into CS when she wants to return and that is what they pick
I asked her to not select that option and I would guide her thru the return process but she did it again
(as an aside, I gladly accept returns and refund in full)
so, i finally blocked her (too late as I have now discovered)
mind you, I have resold almost all of these fashions to glowing feedback
I didn't realize that now I am in 'very high' in my service metric of SNAD
looks like they will take an extra 5% FVF
and who know is they will throttle my sales
do you think that I have any recourse as all but 1 other are hers?
