I have a bidder who wants to buy all my listed items for a lower price. How do I go about accepting this and charging for just one shipment price? I appreciate you help.

Good Morning. The way you combined the listings seems okay to me. (I am not the listing police). My issue was with a long time seller advising the OP as to how to work the system and avoid paying the promoted listing fees they had agreed to. I try to do what I can to help my customers but never try to beat eBay out of a nickel in any way. These are the sort of practices that have led to FVF's on shipping and such things. We all end up paying for sellers that cheat.

Plus Best Offer options are for Fixed price options.
I may be mistaken, but I believe you have an option to add "best offer" to auctions now. I have never used it, but I am pretty sure it is there.

Well, there are many ways to send items to your buyers. As per your query I have found a link, where you can get some ideas to set your shipment prices. (https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/posting-items/setting-shipping-options?id=4089)
You can pick which shipping methods you want to offer your buyers.
Thank You
