Customer returned an item because they didn't like it.

For that type of return original shipping is refunded, return shipping is covered by the buyer.

These are the relevant factors @diankno7 :

- You charge a separate ship cost, you do not offer free shipping.

- You offer 30 day buyer-paid (remorse) returns.

Based on those factors, if a buyer files a return and selects the reason "just didn't like it" then the buyer pays return shipping and you refund item cost. You are not required to refund original separate ship cost.

If the buyer files a return using a reason code like "doesn't match description" then in the comments they say "just didn't like it" that changes things and is also considered buyer abuse. If you run into a situation like that come back here for more advice.

Not unless the seller offers free shipping, which this seller does not.
