% off Banner?

I've forgotten how to reinstate my "Banner sale" Saying... "Receive an extra 10% discount when purchasing $50 or more"   I've searched everywhere to no avale.

You don't have to do anything, ebay has moved the banner to under the description area
They say it was tested & works great there !
I see  yours it's there
Many sellers are already stating a decline in sales as buyers aren't moving down past description to see the sale banner.
ebay has posted here on the boards as well as on Facebook & Twitter it was an intended move & it stays that way .
