number of listings left in Store in a month

Poked around trying to find the place that tells you either how many listings used to date in a month, or  how  many are left. Mr.Google returned results from years ago. Oddly enough, the ebay help pages no help. I'm sure it's perfectly obvious and I will feel dumb when someone supplies the answer. Anyone know? thanks

I have a block populated on my seller hub titled "promotional offers" and it shows all those numbers.

Mr.Google said that too and darned if I can find "promotional offers", not "promotions".  Will keep looking. Sure it's actually right there.

If you use seller hub, go up to customizations and then see if the promotional offers tab is checked on.

It is one of the modules and you may not have it selected yet.

Customize is up near the top of the page near reports.
