It is probably not a good idea to post your email address in a published forum such as this.
With regard to item not arriving, you will probably need to open an INR dispute through PayPal since the 30 day MBG time period has already lapsed. Of course, I'm not quite sure the changing of one's email address would cause an item to not be delivered if the shipping address had not changed.
