I started a store on June 19 2025,Ive generated 869$ in sales from selling my Diecast car collection. I have shipped 45 orders with 20+ of those orders saying "your funds are now available". However Ive not seen a payout yet. I realize there is a 90 day new seller policy, but I was also under the assumption that if you have 250 in sales and 25 transactions that you would start seeing your money. Yet I've not seen anything. Can somebody please help me understand why I haven't recieved anything ? My bank is verified, my phone is verified, my email is verified, Ive got 100% feedback rating, I add tracking and ship on time. Im doing everything right, and by there guidelines. I have sold about half my collection but I'm scared to keep listing for fear of not getting my money. Please help

In addition to the standard cars, a couple of nice collectibles sold...good job
I am assuming all your credentials are correctly done.
Your first sale was on June 19 (17 business days ago)
You are probably still in the 30-day "New Seller" window......
2 things...make sure you have selected a payout schedule day (daily, weekly, whatever)
and see what you "Payments" page is telling you (Available, Hold, etc....)

"...but I was also under the assumption that if you have 250 in sales and 25 transactions that you would start seeing your money..."
I do not believe this is "policy"

The cost of shipping labels is charged to your balance which is not on hold. With items where the price is low and the shipping cost close to the price, it will take a while before you see a payment, even if the funds have been released from hold.

New sellers have a 30 day hold on funds to make sure everything is on the up and up.

payments page says:
Total Funds $347
available funds: -$72
on hold: $404
and under payouts it says "I have no scheduled payouts". and I have the weekly payouts option
This maybe wrong but every time a shipment clears and moves to " your funds are available" the negative number on "available funds" gets lower, does this negative amount need to be cleared out for you to get a payout? Its all so confusing, maybe I'm dumb IDK. What I do know is that I've sold half my collection with nothing to show for it and I very certain ebay already has there cut of my items. I get the new seller deal and understand why all this is in place but seems to me that they should make it known to the potential new seller instead of causing to think I've sold all this for nothing.

How did you come to that assumption?
I see you responded to the thread
Ebay Holding Seller Payments Until AFTER Delivery!
Go to my post on 07-08-202511:57 AM (Message #71) and I explained how long I had holds with a new account.
You may have a little while longer before you holds are completely lifted?

I'm sorry for being ignorant about all this but that makes no sense whatsoever to me and if the funds aren't truly available then they shouldn't have that status...they might be available but not to the person that they are owed to.

so after 30 business days I should have the money?

Yes....whatever is on "hold" should be available for "payout"
A banner will indicate to you when the next payout will be and what it consists of.
The (-) negative number you see are accumulated fees that have already been deducted from the TOTAL funds...it can be confusing at first...I had a graphic somewhere that helps unscramble it..I will see if I can find it....
Once all this "being new" has ended, your funds are available much quicker...for example....I made a sale late last night. Shipment MUST go out by Monday close of business according to my terms. The funds from that sale will actually be transferred before I ship it out Monday evening.

found that graphic...(hope it helps)...

Payouts for new or infrequent sellers can get a 30 hold on funds.
'100% feedback, tracking and ship on time, 250 in sales and 25 transactions' mean nothing to getting your funds quicker.
You will eventually see funds soon.
