not getting any views or sales for a week

I just started up a little cell phone accessory ebay page and the first 4 days i recived 7 orders and it has been about a week and i havent recived any feedback,or orders or views on my items. What am i doing wrong?

You are selling in a category that is overflown with Chinese cell pone accessories that sell for .01.

You have 2 listings up.

Selling 7 is amazing, imo.

As far as feedback, it is optional.  No feedback is good feedback, imo.

Many buyers are reluctant to by from a new seller.

You are selling in an oversaturated category.  Many listings means a lot of competition.  Possibly that competition is selling those items cheaper.

Many buyers just want their widget and they are not concerned about feedback.  Or it could be that the transaction didn't go so well for them, but they are being kind to you and not leaving you bad feedback that could kill your account, being that you are new.

Don't message and ask for feedback.  You might not like what you get.

I searched under iphone screen protectors.  There are sellers in Singapore selling them for one penny with free shipping.

Your 0 feedback could be a deterrent.
