I sold an item last Thursday, and the buyer still hasn't paid, I got a message from the buyer a few days after the auction ended, saying they would pay first thing this morning, but still nothing. I want to cancel the order and relist the item, but am wary if they could neg me, can they do this, and also, can I block the buyer and would they still be able to neg me, many thanks in advance
